This is the worst online casino I've ever encountered. Firstly I deposited to be able to receive R500 bonus. Max cash out is R1000. I played through my wagering ended with a balance of R30K+...they reset my balance to R1000.. that's fine. So I continued playing with my R1000 and manage to go up to R20k. Made 2 seperate payout requests of R10k each as that is the max you can withdraw per transaction. Waited for 2 days, logged into my account today, all my money had vanished ..have R1000 in my balance...so they took another R19k from me. They say anything above the R1000 I can not withdraw...after the already took the balance from the wagering. They stole my money and didn't even have the decency to communicate with me. I must wait a further 2 days before I can receive my lousy R1000 from them... Don't waste your time with this casino. I've never won anything before on their useless games and the one time I do, they can't give you what's rightfully yours. Ridiculous!!!

The wisest advice I can give. Is not to play silversands casino, the games are poor, there payouts take far too long. And money goes out your bank account and not onto the game, and between them and your bank they do not get this matter sorted out. You can't use your comp points, you most times loose the deposit bonuses because their system glitches. They come up with really unsatisfactory responses. I have deactivated my account and will never consider them again. They should be audited and they should be well inspected if in fact they are operating within the legal gambling process.

Guys these people are a **** i've been waiting on my withdrawal to pay out and it stays bending for a day under debt review for a day and then it cancels and send the money back to your account I've also tried calling the course Center it tells you you are first in line and then the cuts. Jackpot Casino (RSA) No investigation and ignored * Jackpot Cash - RSA Casino * Full details of the conversation and unable to attach images. Never investigated my problem and no payout made. Legal team didnt assist me much, other than saying the going to pick this up. Gambling board made aware and 0 actions to investigate or even acknowledge the mail sent. Ombudsman was CC'd - once again not action. I am trying to close off and have my bonus paid. If we can share, any contactable person to look into and investigate this incident, as would be able to assist with all screenshots and chats. I agree, kept over R 1000 of mine..kept asking for documents to pay my money out and then conveniently said they didnt receive the documents...what a joke. God is watching all the *****ed people....they will have to answer to him one day...
