On the 25th of November my Insurance company send out this guy from Silvex appliances Repairs. Back Story: on the 20th of November we had a power surge and shortly after that, my Air Fryer broke. This guy came out and did a few tests, took pictures of my DB board and the appliance, and I told him we had a power surge he needs to add that on his report. So when the report reached my Insurance Company he only put on wear and tear, (Computer Box broke, blew) So my insurance company did not want to pay out because of his findings. That Air Fryer is 1.5 years old. So I saw similar reviews about this company and their people, on here and other social media, and google, I am not 100% that this guy part of that company, but if you want to know his name and his cell phone number, please mail me Dreaminfinitybrand88@gmail.com. So I phoned then guy and ask him, why did you only put wear and tear on your finding report, he went quiet, no answer, that is very frustrating.
