Fix your smart utility app!

I’m unsatisfied with the way things are being handled here at Selcourt Estate in Springs. It appears their utility app is faulty in that for certain months water doesn’t get added to our accounts and after six they decide to charge us for that water. I had to pay R1200 for water without a warning.
