Unprofessionalism, harsh demeanor and no sense of urgency through offering a service

Agent treats you like a child, never responds to queries, never fixes the place up. Gets a protection order against you because she refuses to fix the damages in the house and claims you are harassing her when you are asking her to do her job. She has never seen those damages in her life. Her bosses at Head Office also take her side and say there's nothing they can do. Allowed the agent to do the outgoing inspection knowing that it is biased, she took a large chunk of my deposit and got away with it. Sad lol, I have moved out now and am very happy where I am living now. Worst 6 months of my life but I am very happy now. Fourleaf Estate in Port Elizabeth is beautiful, but do yourself a favor and rent with another agency.
