We've booked a table for 12 on the 30th of April. Kids played outside and some of the farm workers kids passed bye wanting to play with there ball, kids was on their way in for a family picture as grandparents was with. When they walked back out the ones pair of Adidas tekkies were gone, after searching everywhere 1 of the farm workers that passed by saw we are looking for something and stopped to help. We explained what happened and he left with his car and came back with 2 ***s, 1 gave detailed explanation of the brand of tekkies, which was impossible from the road where he walked passed, but said he doesn't know anything about it. I did phone in the next day and spoke to the manager, Tanya, which also said that's unacceptable and she will look into it. Never came back to us, phoned in 3 timws after that and she just said she is still busy with management, 3rd time she asked us what we want out of this, we just want our kids shoes, and Tanya, YOU ARE THE MANAGER, STEP UP! This is happening on your establishment, which is NOT secured for workers on the farm and their kids walking to their houses. Today its shoes, what will be next???

We ordered wine on 22 May 2020 and the was never delivered. They have been saying the funds were paid back which is not true, and they even sent me "proof" which had wrong details. When this was pointed out they went quiet

About a month ago I had a complaint about SIMONSIG. I am happy to say that all has been resolved. Furthermore, communication with Francois included an apology letter with a stress package of a selection of wine. Thank you again SIMONSIG for fulfilling your promise. I am happy.

Since ordering wine with SIMONSIG on 24 May 2020 I have had nothing but stress with receiving my order. I am aware of backlog as a result of the lockdown. However I am really very dissatisfied with the lack of service and communication I have received. I will put in dates and (#) for names of people as I am not in the business of naming and shaming individuals, chain of command within the structure can deal with that! I spoke to in the following, the issues and what I expect. I received an e-mail from SIMONSIG assuring me my order of 12 *2 boxes of GSM have been sent through to Cloud Logistics and to deal with them from that date. On 6/6/2020 I checked the status of my order saying that it is indeed a shipment from CPT to JHB of 4 boxes. On Monday 8/6/2020 I tracked it again and nothing had changed. I then phoned Cloud Logistics Cape Town. Spoke to # at 10:52am who referred me to # whom I believe was at the doctor. # assured me that he would get back to me about my delivery. Hours later, nothing! I phoned # and his phone was off. Phoned Cloud logistics again at 13:28. I spoke to a lady, I cannot remember her name. She gave me another Cloud logistics employee #' number. Mind you, I had things to attend to that day and the time after that. Placed a call to # asking what was happening because I am attempting to track my parcel but to no avail. # was very polite and accommodating took my details and said that I could possibly expect my parcel on Tuesday 9/6/2020. I waited and nothing arrived. I asked for the address to be changed because I was no longer going to be at the original address. # obliged. I kept communicating with # about the arrival he said he has only received 2 boxes of the 4 that were to arrive. He said that I should communicate with # which I did about those 2 boxes for delivery. Later that evening, I spoke to # from tasting room (SIMONSIG) after taking the matter up with # from Cloud logistics in Cape Town at 17:33 on 10/6/2020 informing him that I had only received half of what I had paid for in full! He told me to send proof and it would be dealt with the following day. # from could logistics cape town phoned me to leave a voice message later that evening of the 10/6/2020 to tell me it had not been shipped but he would attend to it, "not to worry". The first order of 2 was finally received at 15:10pm on Thursday! Delivered by another # and signed for by my sister. However, my order was indeed incomplete! 2/4 boxes arrived. It is now 17/6/2020 and I still have not received the other 2 boxes of GSM wine ordered and paid for in full on 24 May 2020. I have never dealt with this much incompetence and I honestly cannot tell you how frustrating this has all been. The remedy I seek at this point is some kind of compensation from SIMONSIG of money wasted on phone calls, unanswered e-mails and wherever this went wrong and a written and signed apology. R1 200 was paid by me in full with no query. Yet when I must receive my paid for service it is done in an unprofessional and sloppy manner. That is completely unacceptable! I should not have to chase anyone for a delivery or to make sure that my order is full and complete. Today is now 19/6/2020 and still zero response from SIMONSIG! Why must my life stop to accommodate a delivery I paid for that never arrives!? WHERE is my missing delivery!?

Cloud logistics & Simonsig somehow lost my wine order and has absolutely no remorse for it! I made an online order from the Simonsig website on the 25th of May, a rather large order of wine, and it was obviously only to be delivered when the lockdown rules were less strict. The time had come on the 1st of June and I had received a confirmation email from them confirming that they have have received the wine from the wine farm and that the courier guy would call me. That never happened.. I had to trace the courier guys number myself and talk to him about my delivery, 3 weeks later. He kept on coming up with excuses such as its late, there are many orders, we don't deliver after 7, we can't deliver on Fridays. I left it, the following monday came. I once again had to call him, not him calling me(no courtessy) and all of a sudden the driver's truck broke down, but he had promised (all these conversations are available on SMS) to deliver the alcohol the next day personally to me. The next day came and all of a sudden my wine order(18527) was not received by them, they can't find it. I called Simonsig and Cloud logistics over the past two weeks, all of them promised to return my call -Not one of them did(all my calls are recorded and I can share my call history to show that none of the returned my call) This is by far the most disrespected I've felt by a professional service after they had taken my money, after I chose to support them amidst this lockdown! Who does such a thing?

We were in Cape Town for the Argus and wanted to explore a wine farm and learn about the processes of an estate and the wine itself.<br> We visited many wine farms in the area, asking for a tour, but they all said that they don't offer it. <br> <br> It was suggested to us to go to Simonsig Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. They went out of their way to show us the processes of their wine and went into detail of how the end result is achieved. <br> <br> We were given a wine tasting session, where Denzel (warm friendly and enthusiastic character) shared all his great knowledge about wine with us and gave us a short test, that apparently we passed with flying colours. All their staff have an obvious passion for wine! <br> <br> We tasted their red and white wines and purchased a bottle of the Redhill Pinotage as a gift for the couple we were staying with. <br> <br> We would recommend Simonsig Wine Estate to anyone that enjoys a great wine and some good warm hearted conversation!
