Stealing from pensioners
Ordered a Portable handheld travel steamer. Order number #1495 EFT R167.99 was confirmed on 19 May 2021 and it was on its way. 2 weeks later I received a email informing me that the product has been recalled because they had complains about it. Have send emails asking to have the product or my money returned, no reply on any of my emails. Please warn people about this company. They stole my money, I am a pensioner and had to save to buy this. Now I do not have my steamer or my money?

Ordered a Portable handheld travel steamer. SCAM!!!!! ........Simplex shop............. SCAM!!!!!
Purchase an anti-thief laptop backpack.. the process and everything went well until it was time for delivery. I received an e-mail stating there were issues with the courier company and that all deliveries will be delivered in the next 2 business weeks 3 weeks ago. Their site is no longer up.. SCAM

WHY TAKE MY MONEY AND THEN NOT DELIVER MY GOODS?
Placed and paid for my order on 2021/05/21. When I never received my order I sent an e-mail and was given the excuse that my order was going through a quality check due to some issues with their previous deliveries and would be delivered within 2 business weeks. And now when I e-mail them as I still never received my order, I get no reply. Do not order from as they are clearly dishonest people, stealing from honest, hard working people who are trying to "support local "

Placed and paid order 20 May 2021, it was confirmed. 25 May, received mail that it's been finalised. 28th I get an update that my parcel is scheduled for delivery 31stMay/1st June. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!! Made a follow up 02 June, and they responded 3 June: "Please note: the item you ordered is currently going through a quality check due to some issues with our previous deliveries. Your parcel will be delivered within two business weeks." Well now it's 3 business weeks and still nothing... and their Instagram account disappeared, they are Simplexshop and yet again Simplexstore... address: 8 Kreupelhout Ave, Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort, 1709

I placed an order of portable clothes steam after I was an advert on Facebook on the 25th of May n received an email confirming the order even today I have not received my order n no communication am starting to think that they are scammers
