Refund
I would like to thank Prashand for the prompt response for my refund. As there was a misunderstanding with the supplier there was no refund sent to him for the accommodation. He is arranging for the refund ASAP.

This is how holidays should work
Booked a first time family holiday to Mauritius. Never having been we followed all the recommendations and had a great time. Turn around time was excellent and no questions were too stupid. Everything played out as promised. Great value, great knowledge and great service

This is how holidays should work
Booked a first time family holiday to Mauritius. Never having been we followed all the recommendations and had a great time. Turn around time was excellent and no questions were too stupid. Everything played out as promised. Great value, great knowledge and great service

<p>When we started planning our trip to Mauritius we didn’t have the time to visit the different travel agents in person to obtain quotes, so we restored to the internet. As you can image there are so many traps and false advertising in that space that we were very anxious to use that route. To our surprise we cross paths with the most amazing travel advisor, Erika Fahn from Simply travel Cape Town. The most outrages thing is that I’m located in Johannesburg but I suppose that is the beauty of the internet, you don’t have to meet in person everything gets done electronically, HELLO 20th century. From the start she was very professional, friendly, customer focussed and well versed about our destination. She paid attention to the detail of our requirements and made suggestions of different resorts that will suit us. She presented us with quotes on our choices and was always willing to make changes to the quotes as we changed our requirements. She has exceeded our expectations and provided us with excellent customer service. We were always kept updated and there were no surprises during the trip. We highly recommend that you use Simply Travel Cape Town when booking your next vacation. Thanks again for everything, Erika.</p>
