Extremely Frustrating

I needed some leaking pipes and a pool pump timer fixed. The first day they fixed the leaking pipes but due to the rerouting of the pipes I was not able to get the leaf basked out of the pool pump. The next day they came back to reroute the pipes and then fit the timer. After the job was completed, I asked if all was ok they said it was but could only tests later when the glue for the pipes had dried. Later that day I tested it and the pump would not turn on regardless of the setting on the timer, I asked them to come back and fix as the timer was not working, the response was that it would cost me another 2K. Subsequently I have tried every setting on the timer with no luck. I would not recommend as their work is sub par and their attitude to paying customers is pretty poor.
