Colosseum luxury hotel disgusting housekeeping

My family and I stayed at the Colosseum hotel penthouse in Century city, WC from Friday the 3rd to Friday the 10th of December. Housekeeping was appalling to say the least. Our bathroom was never properly cleaned; the shower glass & bath were always stained; The gowns and towels were disgustingly old, some had stringS hanging loose; the tiles were never shined, were dull and you could clearly see the grime; The bubble-like lights in the lounge were filthy. I called Nomfundo and Lee to complain about this and nothing ever changed. This is the worst housekeeping I’ve ever come across.
