Bad service , rude and disrespectful behaviour from the office

I send my younger brother to school last week requesting that he go ask for my son removal letter as he will not be going to school at Sion due to personal family issues and since the school opened he has never been to school. It was never in my plan that he leaves the school however situation demanded that he leaves.

We were denied the letter and we do not owe last year school, I used to pay off school fees every second semester. Because I did not give 3 month notice I will not get a transfere letter, my child is not able to get assistant because they refusing to give transfere letter.

Same day one of the parents I know went to school without 3 month notice and was able to get the transfere for his kids

I need a transfere letter for my child to go to school,
