Pension Fund Withdrawal Delay

I'm so LIVID! with South African Medical Research Council (Durban site) on the 20 of July 2022 I submitted my withdrawal application and according to my knowledge it takes 4-6 weeks to be processed to my surprise until today no payment has been made . I kept on calling and I'm being told money was moved from Sanlam to NMG where it will be administered but NMG is not able to assist me neither Sanlam they refer me to my HR, I'm not even given a reason as to why its still not being processed.

I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting, Its ridiculous now I have to beg you people for my own money. I unable to blame Sanlam or NMG because I did not invest directly it my through my employer and it seems like since I am no longer part of the company they do not care anymore. Now my land lord is putting me out as I haven't paid the rent my debit couldn't even run.

I need this sorted out by today!!!! I don't know why I should suffer while you have my money, And no one seems to be able to give me a precise answer.... CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ASAP
