I have been with Bianca's agency for many years, Sitters4U. From time to time i apply for the Au-Pair part time positions she sends out on her broadcast group. She places you with the families. The family then pays her IN ADVANCE before we as Au pairs go to rendered the services to the families.

I rendered a night position for her agency in December 2 up to 12th of December. Bianca informed me that i would be paid on the 31st of December for the service.

Up to date, i have not received any payment! I have asked on numerous occasions again when and why have i not been paid, after all....she has been paid already!!! All i get is excuses the one after the other! The first excuse that was given; Bianca, i apologize we have some cashflow problems with international clients not paying!!??? Have i rendered my services to an international family, has she not been paid yet!???

If one has a business and this is how you run a PROFESSIONAL business, i would really like to know what a REAL PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS looks like. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional!!!

I urge Au pairs as well as families to not make use of her agency, it is not fair for us to render services, not get paid but she gets paid!!
