Sketchers SA shop

I purchase 2 x pairs of Sketchers from the Sketcher South African site in mid 18 Oct 2024. Received my order number and then tracking number for 17Track. I followed up daily on the tracking to see progress of order, waiting for communication to pay the Duty & Vat. Yesterday,12 Nov 2024, 17Track reported order has been delivered, but still I have not received mail for Duty & Vat payment. the order was not delivered. I used 17Track help function to lodge complaint of order not received. I also lodge on the Sketcher site that order was not received. Both sites stated response withing 24hours. No communication received and i am out of pocket R1,649.77 Does Sketcher realize that their brand is now linked to de*****ing their own customers? This site should be blocked from the internet. It is misleading when it states Sketchers South Africa shop.
