SKIDATA provides no customer service

Skidata cancelled my card when I tried to pay for parking at Grayston shopping Centre. I went in for an operation a day later and had to rush around to be able to pay my medical bill.

Almost every time I pay the, the payment procedure has to be done twice. On an amount of R10 I have to provide a PIN. This is ridiculous. It does not matter what credit card I use it is a mess.
