<p>i saw a product adverti*****t popping up on facebook. The product is Skin glo. As per the adverti*****t it is a free trial product and you only have to pay the shipment fee which was less than R60. However, I never received the trial product and two weeks later R3200 went off my credit card. I immediatly phoned ABSA and reported it. Feedback was given from ABSA that they can't help me because apparently i accepted the terms and conditions which stated that R3200 will be deducted for membership fees. Absa provided me with the company's email address. I've sent an email to them to complain about the R3200 being deducted. The respons on email was that a consultant will phone me and they don't respond email but telephonically. I once missed their call and the next time when I answered, there was nobody on the other side. I've sent several emails again. I phone the SA number yesterday and the consultant i spoke to had an extreme foreign accent and it was difficult to hear what he said. But he said that the trial period was over. So i said i want my money back. He couldn't assist me. I asked to speak to his supervisor, which phoned me this morning. He stated that I didn't notify them that I didn't receive my free trial product after 2 weeks. I explained to him that I've sent emails to them. And he must please read it. He told me that he will forward the product to me and as the trial period is over the R3200 was for a jar of cream now. Which i have also not received. I requested that I want my money back. they refuse and said that they will post me the cream. Then the consultant said that my address is wrong. I told him that I'm staying on a farm and that is why my Postal address is appearing on their system. He is a rude consultant. I requested him to please put me through to his supervisor and he continuously told me that he is the person to speak to. I told him that I need to speak to the owner of the company then or he must supply me with an alternative email address which i can communicate with somebody to. He didn't want to answer me and said that he is the correct person to speak to. i then asked him if he is the owner of the company. I had to ask him this question 5 times if he is the owner or why is he not having anybody superior to him to whom I can speak. He dropped the phone in my ear. Please assist. R3200 for a jar of cream is very expensive for the average person to buy. The company is not transparent and I feel that they are corrupt. Seeing that ABSA can't help me, can you please help me to get back to this people. i insist on getting my money back.</p>
