Bad experience interview

I was there for interviews was not happy with the treatment, I was treated as if I didn't what I was doing there or didn't know what I went to school for. I was belittled being told in some words that am not enough for their place or didn't fit in. The lack of diversity I mean all their hairstylist they white the only work I think a black person can get is being an operator even on tht it's like you don't deserve to be given that chance to prove yourself. The environment was very unwelcoming. They dont think tht a black person can more.
