I was very disappointed by the Skins mystery box so much so that I threw away alot of the perfumes. I think the miniature perfume box at Foschini makes more sense, you know what you are getting for your R2k, almost the same price as the Skins. I reckon Skins should be transparent about what people are supposed to expect because honestly most of the miniature scents I got in the box I bought smelled alot like incense and the some of the packaging for the perfumes were written not for sale, meaning they should he free samples which is very unfair for a 'mystery box' that costs R1900. I got so much more for the Foschini box: miniature perfumes that which were transparently listed with pictures and all and I was able to claim a full sized perfume that was the same as one of the 10-12 miniature perfumes. Now thats a great deal

I went to Skins cosmetics, Mall Of Africa and bought Delina exclusif and the oil and I was so dissapointment. They sold me **** bottles. I spend over 8k for **** perfumes. I went back to the store, I showed two assistance the bottles. I sprayed the tester on the right and the one I bought on the left. I walked outside and back to the store in less than 3 minutes. The scent on my left arm was already finished They were aware and also dissapointed. They advised if I can come in when the manager is available. When I went there, a lady manager refused to change my perfume and oil saying my bottle was half empty. I hAve been buying at Skins for the longest with my family but now we have stopped. I spend a lot for nothing.

Called in several times to find out about the availability of a certain perfume. The lady did not come back to me but told me that they "do get walk in customers to attend to" and she would come back to me. Her name is Jade. Unnecessarily rude.

I placed an online order and received the incorrect product instead of collections I get the run around. I’ve only ever received HORRIBLE experiences with this brand, when will someone who offers better customer service replace them.

I will never even buy any product in this store especially the on in sandton I’m really annoyed they don’t want me to return a cologne that I bought a day ago .. Horrible experience and I’m really annoyed 😒 and would like to warn you before spending your money

This review is based on Skins Sandton City. Lovely shop, horrible customer service. They treat their customers so poorly. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come up to me while the shop was almost empty. She helped me for maybe 2 minutes then someone walked in with Louis Vuitton and Gucci packets and she ran off leaving me to wait another 20 minutes before I left the store. This has happened to multiple people. Prejudice coming from this store that’s all I can say. Look at the Lowest reviews on Google for Skins Sandton city, there’s many people being treated like this! Cmon Skins do better. You are loosing customers, money and your reputation. I felt like a **** in a perfume shop. There was a lady following me around the store who apparently couldn’t help me. I’m guessing they thought I was *****ing. I was embarrassed. I went in looking for a perfume and I came out feeling small and judged. I was treated with condescension. Lovely shop, disgusting workers.

I ordered an item online and what was delivered was incorrect, I ask them to please rectify their error preferably before the end of the week because I’ll be traveling and I essentially am asked to sort out their mess!!!!!!!!

I haven't had a moment to write this, but I have to give a huge shout-out to Skins Cosmetics for going out of their way to source two fragrances that I've had quite a hard time finding. I had enquired high and low, with competing stores leaving you hanging for months at a time before telling you that they won't be assisting you after all - Skins was such a different experience, and reminded me that customer service still exists. Special mentions: - Roxy from the online store, for your masterful management of my query, and for guiding me in the right direction. Also for going out of your way to find that one particular elusive bottle that I couldn't find at the Cape Town store. - Simone from the Cape Town store for the timely confirmation of the products in question, and for the further offer of assistance in future. - Romeo, also from the Cape Town store for compiling the quote in record time, popping it over to me, and following up the next day. I work in a customer facing role myself, and I know what it means my clients to feel heard at the very least. The fine line between apathy and showing that you care about your customer is what will ultimately influence the person's decision to stay, or leave. Thank you, Roxy, Simone and Romeo for all that you do - I wish more people understood the "people business" the way you do.
