Sky-Connect SA doesn't answer their phone
No one answers their phone. That's worrisome for me. There are others, like Reliable Store, that never answers the phone and I am still waiting for my product/ a refund more than a year and a half after ordering (and paying).

Unreliable service
I have made a 13H00 appointment with specific instructions that should the installers run late to contact me in time since I had to take time off work to meet them at my apartment. 2 Hours later after waiting and making numerous calls to the installers who every time tells me they are on their way I was told to wait another 30 min. I cannot belief that in this post pandemic world there are companies that are so unprofessional and arrogant regarding their clients time. Some will survive. With this pathetic service this company surely does not deserve to survive. Good luck! No more business from me or any of my contacts and friends.
