I regret installing at Skydiva and l can’t even rectify their messy reddish lace edge in my face beca
I have never regretted this way with a hair installation….l went to do my hair at Mponeng branch,trusting the brand they are for my installation and because a friend always recommended them. My Bob installation is a mess with the lace reddish lining in my forehead…l can’t even tell them to take it off as l have to be at the airport in an hour . As l told the lady she told me she does not have some of the things to work with and with no shade to neutralise the lace. They made ma pay R200 instead of R300…which the issue was not about money but the quality l needed in my installation. I even told the lady l am never using any of their shops.

Worst service
The worst experience ever. I received a wrong wig. Very bad quality. When I contact the person who sold me the wig, I am ignored. Never buy anything from this company because you are guaranteed bad service and **** hair at a high cost.

Fake hair, poor service
I bought hair on the 16th of December, I only used the hair once and unfortunately it was not quality hair it's not Brazilian or Peruvian like they advertise on their social media. The hair tangles and I took it back to them for exchange sat and waited at the salon for a guy called Tshepo but he never came and when I called him he was very rude and ended up dropping my calls..I am going to take this further..

Fake hair, poor service

Sky diva they are scamers
Went to sky diva to purchase Brazilian hair to my surprise they sold me fake human hair. they fake those people lost my money. They advertise hair that they don't even know I asked the lady by the counter if the have Peruvian hair, or silky Indian hair she said they all the same big lie

Fake hair at sky diva
All l can say is these people sell fake hair. Buy the hair at your own risk but you won't be able to dye it. I had to throw away my 30 inch because it was fake. I bought it from sky diva and after 8 months l took it back for bleaching. Guess what the hair was ruined they failed to bleach it.

The most horrible experience I ever had!!! PTA BRANCH: bought hair this December.. It turned out it was fake. They won't even refund you, coming up with all excuses in the world.. That they will be taking the hair for treatment... Gosh employees are so rude!!!plus the useless manager who know nothing about running a business, wanting to fix things through a call. You guys are scams... Stop selling fake hairs. I won't recommend anyone to buy their fake, plastic hair.. Work on your manners!!!
