Honest review

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tell me why they don’t communicate via email and you have to go on their website for communication and their website is not beginner friendly. I don’t know how to use the website so I’m basically in the dark the whole time and I’m really stressing cause I paid for my item weeks ago. How can one item take so long? Honestly this honestly feels like a ****.
