Horrible service!!!🤢

Horrible service. I asked for a refund after they failed to deliver my parcel. I've been calling and they've been lying to me saying the refund has been processed. I then asked for a confirmation letter that will assure me that indeed they sent my refund they failed to that instead they said I should contact ozow since I paid using their services. I did that and Ozow told me they haven't received any refund by skye distribution or converse. They are ****s and they clearly enjoy fooling people instead of doing their job. I want my money!!!!
