A very unpleasant experience

If it were possible to give a zero rating that would best describe this "company". I enquired to see a listing that was being done with this agency on the 27th of October 2025 with their agent and was told that Christopher Pillay, and was told by him that the current tenants were moving out and willl arrange the viewing for the day after, which was the Saturday, the 1st of November 2025. I tried calling the saturday to ask for in the work due to my work schedule, needless to aay my phone calls, whatsapp calls and whatsapp messages went unanswered. Monday morning, I tried contacting Christopher, he sends me a message saying that he is in a meeting and no less than 10 seconds later, he attempts to apologize for "inconvenience" as tge owner of the property has family staying there. So after days of not answering my phone calls and messages, he felt that this was an appropriate way to deal with this. Please do yourselves the favour and stay away from the realty agency
