Taking Good People for granted!!!!

worst rental agency ever! when I moved into the rental I was told that hey would fix the place up. they painted it allright and yet - the paint couldn't cover the stench! the cupboards were falling apart and the place was infested with ****roaches! they made a list of all the things that needed to be repaired and supposedly would be fixed 21 days after lodging the complaint. IT NEVER HAPPPENED. I had to fix the toilet seat myself because of embarrassment when I was having people over. over the last year - I contacted them on numerous occasions regarding the state of the place and nothing was done. eventually when I gave them notice because of this - they decided to blacklist me because I am in breach of the contract. REALLY? who is in breach of the contract? as for Christin Pillay or Chrystal Naidoo - whatever she wants to call herself - she should go for a course in etiquette on how to speak to your customers THAT PAY YOU ON TIME - unlike your previous tenant that never paid the rent for the two years they occupied the place. how is that for taking advantage of good people?
