Anyone else having the same problem ? Woolworths public wifi is sending endless SPAM email to my email address - I escalated to Woolworths and they indicated that they have escalated this to their vendor - but it’s been a while now - the problem has intensified - I receive about 10 email messages per day asking me to click on a link to confirm my wifi registration By the looks of it SKYFI is the vendor and their support posture seems to be indifferent

Wen you pay to have internet for the month and you only get internet for a week if you are lucky. My network is more down than up and then you call in and open a ticket then they tell you it will take 72 hours. It has been 2 weeks now and still nothing. And wen you are asking to speak to the manager you get hanged upon or they tell you he will call you. And to get any tipe of documents from them is in possible because they tell you they will send them i am whating 5 months now. They always tell you on their side everything is 100% so they need to send out a technician out what you need to pay then the technician tells you there is nothing wrong on your side it is at skifi side. It is just a way how skifi wants more money from a person I am stuck with theme because of the contract. I will not encourage my worst enemy to join skifi

They are shocking. Skyfi support group is absolutely useless. I never received their email stating the cheaper groups were being done away with and woke up with a R699 bill whereas I have been paying R343. I am a pensioner which makes it worse.

Skyfi( currently trade as FibreStream) is horrible when it comes to customer service, I could only bare with them for 3 years because I had no other broadband option either than a Dish. They overcharged me at some point and they ignored my emails, their accounts department is a nightmare to speak with, to this day there was no admit of of fault or refund. I gave up asking for the refund because of their horrible customer service. you dont have control of your own router, you have to pay call out fee for a simple password change. They also charged me a call out to restore my connection while everything was right on my side, just to calibrate my dish, and they ignored that I was paying a subscription every month for three years(restoring my connection should be part of the subscription). Finally I cancelled, guess what? no communication, just saw their debit order going through thats the only communication they know.

They are really unprofessional and rude to a person especially the lady who claims that she is the manager in the accounts department screening at a person and swearing just because I was asking for a refund because my wifi has only been working for 5 days in one month because there tower is down and nobody wants to help you the poet you on hold for 120 minutes and then tell you there is nothing they can do for you so i will not recommend using them at all
