<p>I purchased a complete motor with loom and ecu paid in full plus courier fee from W Wallace in December 2016 after that he avoids my calls and messages and blocks me on watsup when I enquire on delivery then finally got response that items have been picked up this was in December still a lot of messages later he told me he will send me the reference no witchhe did after a week but found that the reference no is incorrect then after a lot more messages I receive a call from courier in January 2017 that they picked up items the day before but I have to pay as they were instructed its c.o.d for my account so I only wanted to get my motor so that my car can be fixed so I payed for the delivery after delivery I found that the wiring loom and ecu and other smaller parts are missing so after a whole Dec vacation wasted waiting for delivery and a lot of frustration I’m sitting with a motor I can't use after a lot more messages as he still avoids my calls he tells me rest of stuff couldn't be picked up by courier and was picked up by other courier after I told him in a message I’m going to return motor and want a full refund this was on the 9 th of January and to date no delivery was made and he avoids my calls and only responds to messages if he feels like it after about three calls from me that he avoids with excuses that he will follow up with courier and get back to me witch he doesn't and can’t give me the reference no so that I can follow up myself as it’s at home he will look for it</p>
