Requested a cancelation in December and they continued to debit. Refused to upgrade unite that was visible by tracker on battery at a higher premium. Have debit my account and haven't compiled with requests to cancel and close account

Tracker despite paying off,still deducting from account. How to stop? Very disappointing I have relocated to New Zealand and after how many emails and phone calles still no one that can help to stop the deductions out of my account.

I installed a tracker (Care Tracker on the 19th of January 2024 at Ermelo. It was never activated. I logged on the app on Sunday, to check if the car was linked only to find that it was not. I started to fix that error since Monday the 29th of January. Upon checking I was told that the installation technician was supposed to have acted on that. To-date it has not been fixed, which pose a risk to me. I request that I be assisted in that regard.

In May I received an sms from Tracker that their unit cannot detect movement and then they say this will impact vehicle recovery and reporting. I have called tracker twice for them to come and check this device and guess what nobody has called or pitched. I have been paying for a service I have not been receiving. I feel so unsafe to drive that vehicle and therefore it’s been parked since because insurances always find loopholes and if I say I have tracking device and the vehicle gets ****** I can 100% assure that insurance will not pay me out. It is now September I just want my refund right now because Tracker is such a useless company. How do I need to call you to arrange to check YOUR device when this YOUR service?!

So I canceled my policy reason being my car was written off, called tracker and I was told and confirmed that it has been canceled however I still get invoices and I'm still being billed Tried calling them and I've been on call I'm not happy with their service at all I was suppose to be removed from their database, how do they take money for a vehicle I don't have anymore

My tracker unit has not been working since March though tracker has been debiting my account and technician came to inspect and he could not finish the job because he told me he is going home for long weekend and i have to reschedule an appointment.

These people are Hypocrites ...I joined this company 2021 May and 2023 Feb I sold my vehicle and I informed them ...they told me I will continue paying until 2024 May although I am no longer using their services or I must pay R1200 for cancelation....I'm the one who went there and made an appointment for tracker installation I was never informed about the 3yrs contract and I was nvr informed about cancelation fee of R1200 when I joined......even their staff members are so rude on the phone when you speak with them .....I will make sure I make people aware about their poor service n I will make sure its seculating world wide.....they only Called 2 times when my vehicle was leaving the province and sometimes they say my vehicle is in a danger zone but it's off parked at home oh noo
