<p>We booked flights for March 2016 in late November 2015 and since the airline was grounded, we obviously were unable to actually get to CT via Skywise. The problem is that there seems to be no way to get our money back now.</p> <p>I have tried calling but the number has now been disconnected and tried submitting the refund form via email but the email just bounces back undelivered.</p> <p>We did get flight insurance but after calling them, we were told we can only claim once the airline has formally gone into liquidation, which seems to defeat the point entirely! Not to mention that I am still out of pocket my original flight costs of about R3600.</p> <p>There seems to be no way to get my money back.</p>

<p>I booked tickets for my mom and her finace in October 2015 to fly from Joburg to Cape Town in December 2015. Needless to say Skywise was grounded at the time and we had to book other flights. FNB were unable to do the reversal due to the amount of time that has passed so we have completed and submitted the refund application form. We have submitted this form on numerous occassions with no success. I can no longer send emails to their addresses as these bounce and their contact numbers do not work either. What other course of action can I take?</p>

<p>Good morning, hope you can help me. I bought myself a ticket to fly to Cape town on the 13th of December 2015 with Skywise. I bought the ticket on the 11 August 2015. As you know the Airline was stop to fly for all different reasons. When I phoned them, they confirm that they are going to fly again, but otherwise they will pay back my ticket. (Ticket No 6UHN7K amount R959.00)</p> <p> </p> <p>After phoning a view times now i just got an answering machine that said there will be days confirm to come and collect the money or i must go to my bank and they must reverse the money. Capitec confirmed that they can only reverse the money in the first three months not later than that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please i really don't know what to do anymore. Just cant get hold of them by anyway. I am a single mom and R959 is a lot of money that i cant afford to throw away. Please PLEASE HELP ME. My cell no is 0711787707. I had confirmation of flight bookings on ref no FC6J85 received on 26th of August 2015. Skywise was grounded in December 2015.<br> My query was acknowledged on 17 December that they will be in contact within 24 hours. I emailed them again on 10th January asking for feedback. As of this date I have not received any feedback.<br> Nqobi Twala <br> On January 21 2016, I mailed them a refund form that they requested I complete. No feedback since then, after another email on February 12.

On the 07/08/2015 I purchase a ticket from Cape Town to OR Thambo for my dad. The ticket was to the amount of R1290.00 already paid.<br> I understand that Skywise is not flying yet but I phone weekly for my refund and the message just keep saying that the Offices at OR Thambo will paid out your money within 7 days. But this 7 days is now almost 35 days.<br> <br> I phone weekly and only a voicemail answer the phone. Can you please confirm when and how will my money be paid back to me<br> <br> Thanks very much<br> <br>
