We installed a renewable energy system (solar power) supp**** by Skyworth a few months ago. I was personally pleased by having black installers doing the work. Issues were eminent, there were installation kit items that were missing and had to be sent through days later. A project scheduled for a day or two took nearly week. Even then, data cable was still missing from the Jhb dispatch office, no data transfer could be done to date. The Installer had to find alternative way to complete the job. The Installer struggled to connect the system. Yes I signed off the work and indicated my satisfaction not knowing I'd be here this moment. Weeks later the system had malfunction issues. These were reported and instead of bringing the Installer back, I found myself being guided to fix Skyworth solar system from their technical office. In two weeks I was not home in December, only to return to a melted fridge due to a failed system again. Two weeks later, despite appointments set days ahead, this morning I'm told the Installer can only come on Tuesday!! There's no consideration for me, the customer. No urgency to see to it that my problem for a paid up system is resolved expeditiously. Complete communication failure and office cover-ups by clearly inconsiderate and *********** staff handling this issue. I have requested for a senior staff member to address me, no one has shown any interest to see to this issue either. I've been ignored and ridiculed for being understanding. I wish this has not been everyone else's experience, but this certainly not acceptable. The whole expenditure on the system was meant to bring relief and not grief and more costs.
