3 months of empty promises , every week different story , delays after delays 3 months and counting. Paid Moe in advance for work and every week he has a different excuse. Eager to take you car in and your money but doesn't do the work that you pay for! Worst shop in SA. Avoid at all cost!!

AVOID. This one will be quite long but I feel that people need to be informed and naturally you can make your own opinions and judgements. I found this place VIA a work colleague as he told me that they do cars for shows and I looked at some of their work and I have to say I was impressed by what I saw, however don't be fooled with this facade. We communicated and arranged for my car to go in for a complete paint job on the 9th of February and the completion time should be in the region of 2 weeks. Well lets just say with all the excuses and stories that time was lengthened. I am by no means an automotive painter but this is just terrible. First it took 5 weeks for a full paint job and every panel had issues, On top of it they decided to break badges & remove a headlight bracket and just chose not to reinstall them. After collecting the car I started to notice issues on every single panel, like the person who prepped and painted it had no idea what they are doing. Scratched on the paint, swirl marks on a newly painted car, sections where the paint is polished through to the body work and there were many of those, paint peeling off by the sunroof, damage on the PPF that was installed on my headlights. The car was taken back to them on the 29th of April and I was told the car should be done by Monday the 6th of May, then I had to struggle with getting feedback and finally when I received feedback I got the message that Beamer fest cars have been setting him back so it is delayed further. Very good business acumen to look after new sales before fixing existing issues. You get this blind promise to have the car done 100% with no issues then the date was Monday the 13th, then Tuesday the 14th. Then Friday the 17th of May. On top of that the boot emblem was damaged and instead of replacing it with the correct one they just forced the wrong one into that spot resulting in more damage, because why not, "who cares what the customer thinks, a badge is a badge right" with the model badging they broke just not being replaced because they just felt like not replacing it. In total that was another 3 weeks. So 8 weeks for a paint job that is sub par at best. After all the excuses and stories, I had enough and on Friday the 17th I told him to get my car done as I am collecting it on the Saturday. Because I know that should I not have put my foot down that we would've had more delays on delays and excuse on excuse. When you go to collect it because you are done with the empty promises and excuses the car is worse than before. They used the incorrect hardware to secure parts, paint had more issues than before, body panels are not secured and nothing that was previously discussed when returning the vehicle was sorted out. Basically if you want the paint job to be done right, go elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding this establishment as they clearly have limited know how on how it is supposed to be done. I highly recommend a career change as you clearly are not adept in the automotive painting industry. Avoid the place as you will only waste your money for a sub-par work with tons of issues and will have to end up paying again at another place. Save yourself the frustration and anger. DO NOT RECOMMEND ATT ALL!!

Just don't recommend them. They will paint your car after a long wait. Have errors and you take it back showing the errors. and instead of fixing the errors they simply add a few more on top of the original ones. They break badges and either don't replace them or put the wrong ones on. You will get a completion date when you take the car in and that day will move. and I mean IT WILL MOVE and this will happen a lot causing you un needed anger and frustration because you will receive promises of it being done by X date and when that day comes something will come up. Do not recommend this institution at all
