Company not paying dues for prepaid electricity

The mentioned company is an electricity vending organisation that deals with private metering.<br> They supply meters which are linked to their vending, tenants buy electricity through prepaid vendors, the money is then paid to them. They are supposed to do reconciliation and reports every month, get their % share and refund the owner the difference, they have never refunded 3 installations that we did.
