Port Elizabeth online store scam BEWARE
<p>Dieter Bergins and his online company Sleeping Swan is a scam DO NOT USE!</p> <p>Web site looks great, all up and running with specials etc. but the phone doesn't ever get answered, the cell phone neither and the emails not responded to or returned.</p> <p>We placed an order in May and paid but it never arrived. The story I got was that it went to the wrong city. I then added another item to the order in July (like an idiot) paid again and still the order does not arrive. I asked for a refund and I was told I would get one but this also has not materialised.</p> <p>Be very careul,its a fraudulent business and Dieter is a scam artist.</p> <p>Even their first great reviews on hellopeter were posted by themselves.</p> <p>The police need to shut down their web site.</p>

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!
Dear All, Please beware of this "supplier of beds and mattresses" called Sleeping Swan. We recently placed an order with them for bed joiners to be value of R3000. They insisted on upfront payment for the goods as their prices were very competitive. As the old adage goes “goed koop is deurkoop” they never honoured their commitment to deliver, despite all the best assurances that they would, and offered a variety of excuses as to why the order was delayed. As with all confidence tricksters, they are VERY smooth talkers. Suffice to say, we have lost our money. Please have nothing to do with them if you are approached by them. Kind Regards to all

BOGUS SLEEPING SWAN
<p> I run a self catering establishment in Cape Town. Ordered mattress converters from Dieter of Sleeping Swan. Paid on the 31st of May 2016.</p> <p>Still waiting for my order. Courier paid as well. Now its 25th July and Dieter of Sleeping Swan will not answer his phones or relpy to emails. Sleeping Swan gone to sleep!!!</p> <p>Beware buyers!!!</p>

Deposit paid, never received order
<p>We ordered 21 sets of pillow protectors and paid our deposit on the 6th of June, after numerous unanswered telephone calls and emails we are left with no option but to go to the small claims court.</p> <p> </p>

what an excellent service
i recently purchased a mattress and pillow protector from Sleeping Swan and I must say that the service was excellent. The sales director responded to all the queries i had and my delivery was on time. Keep up the good work Sleeping Swan. I will definitely buy from you again.
