They do false advertising and then try to make you pay tripple for the product. And then they say they haveca no return policy. So will not recommend them to any one. They still trying to get money out of me 5 years later

Slik/DSL Consumables Scam
Slik consumables now scams people using the name DSL Consumables. In August 2021 they promised a gift voucher and a sample but sent 4x 5 litres drums of chemicals and an invoice for R5550. We paid a courier to take the chemicals back to the address on their invoice, the courier let us know that there is no company by that name at the Ferndale address. Now in January they sent 4 x 20 liters and invoiced us R12 983.50. We never ordered anything from this company. They insist that we agreed to a contract to receive chemicals every few months. Their legal department started harassing us. We lodged a complaint against them at CGSO. I started investigating the company. I post what I find as soon as I have enough information.

I am working at an Old Age Home that is registered as an NPO. This company contacted me early February 2021 to introduce me to their 'very affordable", "SABS" approved cleaning materials and sanitizer. I requested a quotation and received a very misleading one. As the product and the 'discount' offer still sounded good to me, I placed an written order for a certain amount of some of the products. When the products arrived, the invoice was for double the amount agreed apon. I tried my utmost best to return the product but they would not take it back. My workplace had to pay R 10 522,50 and half of this was taken from my salary over a two month period. My household section indicated to me that the product is not working properly and we had to buy our normal cleaning material additionally. I wrote this experience of as a life lesson until the end of May 2021. Another batch of these products arrived under the name 'Tra-Lua Solutions'! I immediately phoned the number as provided by the delivery guy and told them I' did not order more of the products and I'm returning it, The person on the phone ensure me, my household manager and my financial clerk that it is a late delivery on our first order and that we don't have to pay. A few days later I received an Invoice for R 24 058,00! For the last week, they are contacting my daily to threaten me if I should not pay. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I wrote a review this morning and was phoned a few minutes ago by a company DSL Telecom complaining bitterly about the review.You have obviously placed it incorrectly and it must now be rectified. Can you please contact me so this can be set right.

This is the worst company to ever do business with as they are the biggest scam company in the world You order something (after being forced to) and then the orders just comes in in drips and draps and everytime you have to pay and pay it just never ends So please they are now running under Tra Lua Solutions (Pty) Ltd as well and you can never speak to the manager or owner at all.

USELESS PRODUCT AT RIDICULOUS PRICES!!
I wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with these people in 2020!! Their products are useless and ridiculously priced. PLEASE don't fall for their sales talk, and PLEASE do NOT use them!!
