harassing calls
i have never done business with this company, i am not intersted in this company, yet i get up to 10 missed calls on my cellphone number from these harassing people.<br> <br> i am in the process of laying a complaint of harassment at the SAPS against this company.<br> <br> how many times must your call be blocked or not answered before you stupid ignorant people get the message. <br> <br> remove my number from your database NOW!!!!!<br> <br> you are ruining any chance of any future business i might have wanted to do with you.!!<br> <br> patetic.<br> <br> watch this space for the police case number.<br>

Steals money
I was called by Atwell mata i dud order a months supply but he added 3 months supply they made me a liar as i asked him two times do i pay 500 rand off in 3 months which he said yes then sent me 3 minths supply taking 500 rand from my account a month how can it be stopped i am still waiting for them to send me that recording where i agreed on that

empty promise
After my report about money being deducted from my account for products I did not want and also did not receive, I got a response from de Vida wellness promising my money back by no later than 10 November. It is the 11 today and still no refund. What do I do now?? I will not sit back and accept this!! My mobile number is not working contact me via e-mail: [Email Removed]

empty promise
After my report about money being deducted from my account for products I did not want and also did not receive, I got a response from de Vida wellness promising my money back by no later than 10 November. Unauthorised Debit Order
I spoke to a consultant named Quincy. He sold me the 3 month extrem diet pills and told me that my 1st debit order would go off at the end of Novemeber 2015. I confirmed this on 2 seperate calls before i gave the go ahead. On the 30 of October my account was debited. I called the call centre back but i got nowhere instead i was told to go to ky bank and reverse the debit order. I was told my query would be sent to accounts. I would be called back. Its Tuesday 3 November Quincy is ignoring my emails. I applied for 6 months of active extreme with Alton from devida wellness but before my request was processed i had seen all the negative feedback from people on the Internet so I asked Alton to cancel bit then decided to try the 3 month package Alton agreed and processed my request for 3 months supply my order was delivered to me and I stopped using the product 2 weeks in due to it upsetting my stomach 3 months later they had not sent me the next 3 month supply so I assumed all was sorted only to get to end of October, check my bank statement and realise the instalment of nearly 600 rand was still being debited! After August was supposed to be my last debit order!!! They owe me R 1200!!! Give me my money back!!! Contact me on my e-mail address!

Cancelled order

I called in to cancel my order as i could not afford the R516 per month and laso sent out an email but there was no response. Now i have the package delivered to me. Cancelled order

I have had a very bad reaction to the product
I had ordered the Slimbetti weight loss product. On receipt I started taking it and got the very severe diarrhea. I reduced the tablets but then started with stomach cramps that have me doubled over. I called them to ask if we can please cancel the contract due to this but the do not have a cancellation policy and are not prepared to assist. I have a full 5 months left on this and have barely taken half o the 1st month. I am asking them to please cancel the last 5 months due to this situation.
