Dishonest

Complete bunch of jokers and dismal service. Ended up having to send my own transport 2000km away to collect my goods payed for in full. Apon arrival the structure was not even complete, weeks after supposed completion date. Had to return and collect my roof sheeting from the supplier directly. Had to return a 3rd time to collect my doors from the supplier directly. Ended up erecting the structure myself as sm structures just doesn’t answer calls and rarely returns emails and when they do it’s always a political response instead of just the truth. Apon myself completing the building in one week the structure is already rusting, the steel ipes are all sub standard and very thin material is used imported. When asking for my engineers certificate I was told No. to which I think they can’t supply signed off certificates legally perhaps! I have since heard a few other company’s complaining from there service or Lack there of in the Eastern Cape. Don’t use these fellas they are what u would call - I was caught out
