My Carport causing harvorc to my my neighbours.😭😭😭😭

I arranged that the guys built me a Carport. They put down their price and i paid it in cash. Within 3 days, the job was complete...a very good job indeed. Then, was January 2013. May 2023, there was a huge wind and rain.. The roof was blown apart...and the rain was like i made the waterfalls feature like. When the wind blows, my neighbours couldnt sleep...the soumd of the loose roof would make that huge sound that feels like the ******s when bombing the atms.... I reported the matter to the guys who was handling the building of the structire...but the guy is playing hard to get with me. Till now, my problem is not yet being attended to...
