Long waiting period & poor communication

I app**** for funding at the agency to open my own Beauty studio as I met the requirements of a start up company. The agency does not care to communicate properly or even at all.

The lady I was told was handling the assessment of my application Bontle Maponya hasn't communicated with me in regards to my application, the last I heard from her was when she requested my tax clearance certificate, which I provided & advised that I'll get feedback from her afterwards but it's been over two weeks since that took place.

It's been over six months since I app**** & everything that was asked of myself was provided for but I still don't know whether I'll get the funding or not even after all this time.

It's quite disheartening as this is one opportunity I created for myself in order to earn a living, provide employment for others & partake in the economy of this country..
