As a committed entrepreneur trying to grow my small business, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of urgency and communication from SEDFA. I submitted a new funding application online on the 29th of August, and followed up politely via email to confirm receipt and offer to forward the required supporting documents.
Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received any feedback, acknowledgment, or update from their team — not even a basic confirmation that my email was received. This level of unresponsiveness is disheartening, especially for entrepreneurs who rely on agencies like SEDFA for support in advancing small businesses.
I expected at least a professional acknowledgment or a timeframe for feedback, but instead I’ve been met with complete silence. It’s frustrating to experience such inefficiency and poor client service from an organization meant to empower and assist business owners.
I sincerely hope this review prompts SEDFA to improve its communication systems and show more respect for the time and efforts of entrepreneurs who reach out in good faith.
