SMALLEY BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
Clever Wapi the owner of this Company signed up with us for advertising. Agreed for us to move forward and confirmed payment, all of the work was done for him, he requested numerous changes that was done. We have still received no payment not even a 10% deposit. After we had done all of the work for him with his permission. I would rate a 0 if it was possible and would not recommend doing business with them.
