Does a big company like this only have one telephone line??? If so, then I think it is very very bad. I have been battling for days now to get through and believe me this is an ongoing problem with these people. Eventually with LUCK IF you get through to them, oh my word, the service is not so good. Please pull up your socks from management side then surely your company will flourish.
