Efficacy Service, top of the Best
I bought material from Smart Industries and I was communicating with Yaas on whatsApp. He helped me from measurements as my carpenter was not showing up. Up-Until I made payment & immediately he packed my staff. I struggled somehow with courier however he patiently helped me through until my material was collected.

Possible fraudulent company?
I placed an order with this company on the 7th of October. 2 weeks later I had still not received my order, despite the website claiming orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days. After E-mailing them I was informed that their system was down and that they my order would be dispatched that day. More than a week later still nothing. I then E-mailed them asking for the parcel's tracking number. No response. Two days later I E-mailed them again asking for the tracking number. No response. Five days after that I E-mailed them again asking for the tracking number. No response. I decided to phone them on the 13th of November. They said something went wrong with the courier company and that they would refund me. On the 18th of November I E-mailed them to ask when I could expect a the refund. No response. Phoned them again and they said it may take up to 2 weeks to process! On the 27th of November I get a WhatsApp asking for my banking details because there was a problem with the system and my refund wasn't issued. The person claimed they would personally ensure my refund is done. We are now on the 15th of December, and still no refund. I sent a message yesterday to the whatsapp number that contacted me. Despite being online, the person didn't read my message and it is still unread. I'm starting to think this company isn't legit and may be fraudulent.

Smartindustries.co.za are showing signs of fraudulent activity and misconduct!
Smartindustries.co.za appears to be a bunch of sharlatans who I ordered foggers from for health and safety reasons. It has been 3+weeks and I have not received my order. They do not respond to email enquiries, have not responded to my 2 or 3 inquiries on the website forms, they don't respond on Facebook nor does anyone respond to their online chat. As far as I'm concerned, my money has been stolen by this company who is now hiding away. I want my money refunded to my account within 48hours or I will have to open charges of theft and report fraud to the various banking institutions to be wary of this company. I will also report this to various governing agencies and authorities as this is totally unacceptable.
