Blocked instead of Refund by Smart Kitchen Designs!!!
I placed an order for a kitchen cupboard of R3900 first week of October 2025. We had an agreement that I’ll come collect it on the 16th of October 2025 at 5:30 and deposited R2000 to their account. When I got there the store was closed I called and they told me someone left with the keys. So asked them so what is the way forward then because I wasted petrol for nothing they should’ve communicated with me than to let me drive all the way for nothing. They said they will make a delivery the followingday which is the 17th of October 2025 and we will split the delivery fee because they are at fault, I said okay. Today it’s the 30th of October 2025 I am still waiting, they are giving me excuses each time I enquire so I asked for my R2000 refund since they are failing to deliver still nothing is happening. They are not responding to my WhatsApp messages and calls instead they decided to BLOCK ME!!!

Good afternoon I'm not okay ordered my kitchen unit 4 months in advise paid the 200 deposit, also reminded them 5 day prior for delivery that I'll need my unit on Saturday . I Waited worse they don't even communicate to inform that the is a delay. Kitchen unit was finally delivered on Tuesday, when I got home my kitchen unit was damaged send messages to Amo till today I Haven't had a response from him. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I'm not happy. Late delivery ND worse I'm not even happy with my kitchen due to damage it's has

The company Just a name from Black Carpentry Services to Smart Kitchens Designs. The Smart Kitchens Designs is run by the same person who use to run Black Carpentry Services( AKA Amo, MR M Shibiti) and he still doing the same thing while fail to refund me. Please see my preview review: Black Carpentry Services 23 May 2022 at 11:55 am I bought a wardrobe on the 27 April 2023 and I was promised that it will be delivered within 3 days, since then I am still waiting...
