Not to be Trusted

Smart Vacation Rentals seems a big scam. I have not had any benefit from membership since I inherited it from my late husband in 2010. Double and unauthorised debits have been made from my account more than once and the promised reversals were never done. Emails to Tarryn van Loggerenberg (Head of Reservations) and Leonie Penninkhof (listed together with David Wolhuter as owners of Smart Vacation Rentals) have not been answered. The http://www.smartvacation.co.za/ web page given in their correspondence with members leads to a 404 error page. A request for a face to face meeting in March 2020 was refused and even though I have requested cancellation of membership, yet another unauthorised withdrawal was made in September 2020. Not to be trusted.
