Scammers!!!!!

These scammers have been deducted an amount of R7 per day from my telkom contract, I have never subscribed and heard of this company before. It has been more than 3 months now. I have tried to cancel Telkom with no success. How do I get rid of these ppl and how do I get my refund back? This is pure madness
