Poor service and poor network connection
I started subscribing with Smart Technology Centre in December 2021, ever since my network has never been stable, it drops calls which makes it a nightmare for us because we work from home. I have been dealing and in contact with Yolande Van Rensburg who sent her technicians a few times to my house but not finding a solution. The last straw was when she wanted to charge me a R1500 call out fee for one of her "Snr Engineers" to come out to my house. I refused to pay because I did not break anything within the network, why must I bear the costs if their connections never worked from the onset, they are even aware of this. All I want is for the services I pay for to be restored, working and in good quality as per their SLA. How is it possible that one household runs off two separate networks but with one Service provider? What they did on installation was to build on top of my former service provider's line, I questioned this and never got proper answers. This clearly leaves me questioning the caliber of this company. Both my wife and I wrote in and sent Yolande emails and she chose to ignore them as she has not responded to either one of us. I need this sorted by Smart Technology, I pay a lot of money to them monthly and I am expecting fairness and service I am paying for.

“BE AWARE” Smart Tech small laptop company in Lood Str. Kraaifontein
“BE AWARE” - Smart Tech laptop reseller in Kraaifontein. Please be aware that this company thrives on false info given to their customers. They say they have “this and this” item for sale, but in the meantime they don’t have any stock on hand or claim that is it in a warehouse. Do not be fooled! They also keep customers waiting for hours including myself for a laptops that are allegedly sores in a warehouse and when you finally get the item it is not as described or a totally different product.

Seems to be a scam/ fraudulent operation
Seems to be a fraudulent operation. Posts on OLX for computers under the name of 'TheCameraKiosk'. But the invoice reflects the company name \Smartech Electronics"of which the company registration is bogus. The address is a residential home (not a warehouse as claimed by Christian). Insists on money to be paid upfront and claims UPS will send the goods within 24hrs of payment via UPS. A call to UPS confirmed that UPS does not recognise the company name NOR do they honour deliveries from Free State to Gauteng in 24hrs. Closure examination of the details of the company seemed to prove to me that they are illegitimate - beware. """

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
These people advertise TV's on gumtree and OLX. I then paid R6700 and a mail comes back from a bogus 'Courier' company called 'Indigenous Za'. They want another R2950 for 'custom clearance'. I paid that. Then they say there is 6 tvs on my name at customs and I must pay ANOTHER R6000 for those tv's to be kept by me!!!! The 'courier' company's website went off line IMMEDIATELY after I paid the R2950! I did not pay ANOTHER R6000!!! BEWARE!!!<br> <br> The number of these fraudsters is 0847437292<br> <br> If something is too good to be true IT IS.
