Double judgement

See how stupid it is that ,Iam on Debt review and Smith & Smith, attorneys will still serve a summons on behalf of Nedbank LTD and yet you are on Debt review .How do you put double judgement and yet Iam unemployed as well for me to get myself of debt review I still need to do it through an attorney,as soon as I get employment the debt will be serviced
