Not recommended for Estate matters

My late husband and had previously worked with Stbb when they were still in Vincent. So when I decided to sell my house after the passing of my beloved husband I approached Stbb to wind up his estate.Worst decision ever to have appointed them to administer this matter🤬. I have been in more tears because of unnecessary glitches from their side than actually grieving my husband. 95% Of the time I am the one doing the follows. I even appointed a lawyer in Grahamstown pro bono to assist me with follows to finalizing my hubbies estate. They have no compassion for the grieving families. They should retract this service altogether.I get feeling they think they are doing me a favour, how when there are excutor fees which they will cash in once the matter is finalized. The only friendly, warm person is their receptionist Lorraine. Bless your heart.
