<div>After some not so pleasant interactions with some senior staff members at a branch not to be mentioned here, what I will say is I must give credit to the customer service side of things. I was able to review the company on their site. Was contacted almost immediately, via email, which is commendable.

I subsequently received a follow up phone call from one of the parties that I had reviewed (this did not go well, the person was highly agitated and probably should have taken a moment before contacting me).

In addition to my online review, I also reached out to one of the very senior members of this company, via email, who promptly called me, this person was professional, took the time to hear out my grievances, and assured me the situation would be looked into internally.

For now, the jury is out ...</div>
