Bad attitude and poor customer service
Bad attitude and poor customer service I was regular ...once a week....but now i never gô again. A price increase of 30% on prõduct i buy once a weèk...when telling me ..was rude and disrespectful about

Avoid buying vapes and pellet guns.
Avoid purchasing things like pellet guns and vapes from SMOKING HOT at Darras the guy sells inferior products and when you try return a faulty product he refuses to give you back your money and physically assaults you when you tell him he sells poor quality goods. He physically assaulted myself and a friend of mine and the police did not want to fill out paper work so they never opened a case when i said i wanted him arrested and charges laid against him. Nothing was done.. and when goods are returned for something else he puts them back on the shelf. Also charged a friend of mine R280 to get his gas leak fixed and it was kept for over a month and still leaks gas and no seals were put in. He is a liar and does not care about customer rights.
