****? Paid for Credits, No Service, No Support.
I purchased SMS credits from SMSPortal.co.za, they took my money immediately but after 24 hours, my credits still have not reflected on my account. I contacted support and received either no help or no response. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer professional bulk SMS services. If this is how you treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how many other people you’ve ****med out of their money. I trusted this platform for my business communications — now I just want my money back. Avoid SMSPortal unless you want to waste your money and time.

Urgent: My Account is Deactivated – Potential ****?
I am absolutely furious and extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased SMS services from your portal, and now my account has been deactivated without any explanation. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I have sent multiple messages to your support team, but no one has responded. My business was supposed to launch today, and now I am completely stuck with no way to proceed. This lack of communication and the failure to resolve my issue makes me wonder if I am dealing with a ****. I am incredibly frustrated, and I demand an immediate resolution to this situation. If I do not hear back from you or get my account reactivated soon, I will have no choice but to take further action and expose this issue publicly. This has already caused a significant amount of damage to my business, and it’s beyond frustrating to be ignored like this. I expect an urgent response.

SmsPortal.com Yes, yes and yes!
Usually I come here to complain but this time will be my first time giving a 5 start rating to the very pleasant and helpful guys and girls from South African's SmsPortal.com. I was specifically looking for a South African based SMS service provider for my software. Having gone through all that South Africa has to offer, I was disappointed to say the least. As I was cursing bots, attempted AI bots and getting frustrated with very slow and non existent email support I stumbled upon Sms Portal with real people on the other side of the chat. Knowledgeable, helpful and competent. They helped me out at the speed of light. No ticketing, no emails just on the spot proper service that is very welcome and refreshing in this day and age. Well done guys, you deserve this 5 star review. This is what customer service should be!

SMS Portal ****
i opened an SMS portal account trying to advertise to my clients and purchased SMS yesterday on the 10th of October 2024 and they did not credit my account. This morning on the 11th of October 2024 they deactivate my account but did not issue a refund and said to contact my bank. How when you are the ones who took my money??? I would advise against using their service at it has poor way of dealing with clients and offer no help whatsoever

This is a ****. Well and truly. Things they wont tell you they do not accept any start ups and will request a ck doc and cipc docs. They do not accept a gmail address. But they will take you money before they infor you of all this. They also refuse to do refunds after you have sent them what they have requested. And they will look for any excuse for information not to line up. Currently on route to saps to open a case against them. Please do not give them your money.

bad service and recist
Don't ever use the sevices of sms portal the call centre lady or billing accounts by the name of Elize she's Very rude and recist they thought the card that I used was not mine they refused my application and they ask me to wait for 10 days to get my refund; the service is shocking trust me u don't want to experience what I have gone through.
