Disappointed Snappy Bottle Fan

Got my first bottle early 2025, absolutely loved it. Compared to all the other bottles I have had, this was my best, my favourite. The water temperature is retained, with ice, over 24 hours. This one fell and the top split.

Second one, received in April 2025, December 28th 2025, the bottom started leaking. I am now stuck. Disappointed in durability.
